Your booking data
We ask for your name, email address, WhatsApp number and the information needed to organise the excursion. Children’s ages are used to calculate prices and prepare suitable equipment. A full date of birth is not needed for this calculation.
How we use your information
Your details are used to manage places, payment, meeting points, additional requests, cancellations and practical emails. Matthieu and the second administrator have separate named access.
Payments and messages
PayPal processes the payment. The website does not store card details. Bookings are stored in Convex; once configured, a transactional email provider handles confirmations and reminders. No marketing email series is planned. WhatsApp is used for arrangements about the excursion.
Access and cookies
You can book without an account. Your secure booking link is a personal key. A necessary cookie maintains access after you open it. Optional accounts use session cookies to identify you. A preference cookie remembers a language you explicitly choose; otherwise the website tries to match your browser language. No advertising tracking is enabled.
Your requests
You will be able to contact the operator about your data. The full business identity, contact information and retention periods will be specified before sales open.
