Booking terms
Shared excursions are limited to ten travellers, including children and babies. The date, local Mauritius time, meeting point, tour language and programme for your departure are shown before payment.
Prices and payment
The full amount is paid online through PayPal. Available payment methods depend on the PayPal checkout. The total and group discount are displayed before payment. Meals and attraction entry fees are not included and are paid separately on the day.
Group discount and children
For travellers aged eleven and over in one booking, the places cost €90, €80, €70, €60, then €50 each. Every child under eleven occupies a place at €60, which may fall to €50 with the group discount. Their age on the day of the tour is required. Bookings with children open once the pricing rule and suitable equipment have been confirmed.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. After that, Matthieu decides case by case and no refund is guaranteed. If Matthieu cancels, the full amount is refunded. The cutoff uses the departure time in Mauritius. Your secure link lets you cancel the whole booking. Contact Matthieu for changes or partial cancellations.
Additional requests
A different pickup location or another language requires confirmation. Payment does not guarantee these additional services. The meeting point and tour language shown for the departure remain those included in the booking.
Programme and private excursions
The order and additional stops may change with traffic, weather and time available. The main visits are listed in the offer. A private request does not reserve the van. The date, price and terms are agreed directly with Matthieu. Paying for shared places does not make the excursion private.
Before booking opens
The operator’s full business identity, contact details and final service information will be added before sales open. This page reflects the booking rules currently agreed while the service is being prepared.
